1. Enter the No Cavity Club! This means you have completed an appointment during the promotional period and have no fillings, crowns, onlays, or extractions on your treatment plan.
2. Post your No Cavity Club picture to Facebook or Instagram and tag @mvdsmiles
3. Refer a friend as a new patient to Merion Village Dental. When they complete their appointment during the promotional period you’ll receive one entry into the contest.

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to win
What is included in the prize?
The grand prize winner will take home a $1000 Amazon gift card.
How do I claim my prize?
Our winner will be chosen on December 15th, 2022 and can pick up their prize as early as that day.
