 We have an exciting contest in place to thank our patients for sending us new patient referrals. We have changed things a bit and will be conducting two drawings so more chances to win!
For our first drawing, one entry for each new patient you refer between now and july 19th. Winner of this drawing receives a $1000 VISA gift card!
For our second drawing (VIP drawing), one entry for every five new patients you refer between now and july 19th. Winner receives a $1000 VISA gift card! (for example: if you refer eleven new patients before july 19th, you will have eleven entries in the first drawing and two entries in the VIP drawing!) The winner of the first drawing is still eligible for the second drawing!
