Just in time for the holidays, another great tip from Elyse! A great way to stay OFF of Santa's "naughty list" is to make sure you brush and floss everyday (all year long), but especially during the holidays. Chances are you will be lucky enough to gobble up lots of tasty cookies and treats so it is very important you give your teeth a little more attention.

Drink lots of water
Eat a variety of foods from all of the five food groups:
- milk, yogurt and cheese
- meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts
- vegetables
- fruits
- breads, cereal, rice and pasta
Try not to snack in between meals or before bedtime, especially be careful of snacks that are sugary and sweet
Brush your teeth twice every day

Floss your teeth every day
Visit your dentist (my Daddy and his friends) on a regular basis for your check up and cleaning.
